Wauuuui… I am back in business people.
I am sitting bigger in the saddle than ever.. haha
Ok – listen. I recently set up my kind of new life, over at the Westcoast of Canada.
The lovely little town which I call “home” from now on till – I don’t know – is called Whistler. (1 1/2h from Vancouverli) Remember Banff? Same shit. LOVE IT!
Before I talk tooo much.. some impressions right away.
Aaaaand yes.. the canadians copy our style – my beloved FLENSBORGers. ‘Cause I am pretty sure we invented this – Throw your shoes in the air and hang them LIKE U DON’T CARE – Thing.
Alright. Back to the main plot. I left Vancouver after I spent a couple of days with Walter (Andrew or Andrè nobody knows exactly his name, so I just stick to Walterli..). Relaxing was bitterly necessary – after Roadtrip/Calgary/Banffrevial.
Cause Walterli is such a nice person, he drove me to Whistler cause I had a Jobinterview.. and maybe because I told him we get drunk afterwards. Haha.
It worked out pretty well. The jobinterview at Legends Hotel was great and afterwards we met up with another friend of mine. Dan(iel) from Allemagne. Met this guy back in Victoria in the HI Hostel. Luckely he headed to Whistler as well and we started drinkin’ all together. Whooop!
We met up with friends of Dan (Irish!) went to a pub and then to a club. Danced the night away.. till 2am -.- Still can’t believe clubs are allowed to close sooooooooo early. Whatever.. all in all – Perfect start.
Ouuh, and by the way – I think I read the mail in which the Hotel invited me for the second interview ON THE DANCEFLOOR… 7 3/4 beers later – and goodnight! Jobinterview + Blue (stillalilbitdrunk) + charme = 1a
Long Story – little content.. I got the Job! And even better, I found my own room at Dan’s House.
That’s what I call a set up!
We bought a PS3 already – so we are ready for some badweather days as well. I can feel it – it’s going to be great!
That’s it from me. Work is calling.
LILJOBINFO: I work as a Bellman. Greeting guests, help with luggage, deliver all kind of stuff to the rooms, surf on carts and smile! A really good job. And I get paid veeeery good. Way better than in Banff. And as if that’s not enough – I get a free ski- and gondulapass (almost 2000$) for FREE!
I think I am going to make my first snowboardexperiences soon!
About the Hotel: It’s a company with 3 Hotels next to each other. Great Area. 4 – 4,5 and 5 stars.. MOIN!
I work for the MenInBlack now!
Cmon.. me suited up.. Not tooo bad, eh?
