HOoooooo.. it’s minus 53 degrees in the car and I just decided to wake up around six o’clock. Ayeee… cold..
I’ll give the sun a few more hours than it will be superduper warm again. Loooooking forward.
Enough crying. Let’s update this shit.
Yesterday we (still Chris(tian) and me (I am tj(ark))) returned to CANADA. Yeees. Freedom and Pure Love. US is nice – no question about it – but I’m always happy when I cross the border and it’s MAPLELEAFish again.
One week of our Roadtrip is done already. We started in Victoria, took the ferry and spend the following two nights in Vancouver. Connections Baby! Andrew a friend of mine – I met him in Vic – offered us his floor to sleep on and even more. Together we explored, discovered, climbed. Well, you guys know how it goes..
Less words – more pictures. Copy That.
After those two nice days we moved on – in a !!ATTENTION!! nightandfogaction. (german language rocks!)
Next stop or how I would say it – cause I am almost a french canadian german – prochain arrêt – was the border of the US. From the point we crossed the border till we arrived at the Yellowstone Nationalpark there was only one thing – HIGHWAY. Wääoooüüüüh.. ZzzZzzzZzzz..
Just my enormous talent as a photograph allows pictures like this… and a lil bit the countryside of the US. ;)
From those fancinating mostvalue pictures even a blind person (no offense) would see that the mid of the Staates is dry. And dry is just a small understatement. ITS HYPERDRY and HYPERWARM. (by the way – I don’t know if you understand all of my nonsense but it’s not easy to control the wild and crazy thoughts in my mind.. I just write what I think – thats it thats me and thats wild – I know):D
Anyways. As most of you people know I am from the most nothern (and most beautiful) city in Germany. We have water, beaches, ocean and wind. What has Wyoming (Yellowstone) – Desert, Heat and cacti. Yep, Homefeeling here we go.
It was sooo warm – almost too warm (40 degrees) – so I just cried all the time – till we found a lake, river or creek for me. It worked out pretty well. First of all I was clean (most of the time – I remember Mama saying: “Tjark don’t run around schnuddelig” – I know english people don’t understand but it’s one of the best german words. LEARN IT. A charming word for dirty!)
Aaaand.. we (well, sometimes only me cause Chris is sometimes a girl and the water was too cold:*) had so much fun in the water. Especially with my waterproof cam. A short movie is still to come.
I could WRITEWRITEWRITECOPYANDPASTE and write soooo much about the following days inside the park. But we all have no time and better things to do in life, soooo I just sum up as quick as possible. I am quite sure the pictures will tell most of the story without a word written from me.
I’ll just want to let you know that we spent five days in the Park. Everyday we saw incredible things. Things I’ve never seen before. Like geysirs, Canyons or BISONS. I love Bisons by the way. Very fluffy.
Ok enough words. Check this out!
First day. Mammoth springs.
Third day. Canyon. Cookies. Wildfire.
It was a great trip so far. Now we are back in Canana and in the Waterton SomethingAnything Park. Ask Chris – he has a plan. I just have me and my spontaneity. Stunning things are just ahead – I’ll just need to go and grab them. And thats what I am going to do.
See you soon friends.
